Yes, Qantas has had their fair share of controversy lately, but at least they have a new website…
Actually, one thing that was quite good already with Qantas was their website. Now though, it’s even better with a new, schmick, look. It doesn’t really do anything new but it makes us feel slightly warmer and fuzzier when we go online to book a flight. A feeling that leaves us quite quickly as we board the plane (unless it’s the new A380, which it never is as we haven’t yet had a reason to go to Singapore, London or Los Angeles).
Kudos to the Qantas web designer though. Job well done.
