You’re not supposed to be operating electronic equipment during take off and landing, but people do anyway. Just check out the amount of take off and landing videos on You Tube. When this video was shot during landing at Buffalo International Airport, New York, USA, the cameraman got a bit more than he bargained for.
The incident involved a Colgan Airlines Q-400 operating for Continental Airlines.
