Qantas A330 Hits Severe Turbulence Over Malaysia

A Qantas Airbus A330-300 on route from Hong Kong to Perth hit severe turbulence over Malaysia, injuring seven
News.com.au is reporting that a Qantas flight on its way from Hong Kong to Perth hit extreme turbulence while flying over Borneo, Malaysia. The flight, using an Airbus A330-300, had 206 passengers and 13 crew on board. Six passengers and a crew member are thought to have been injured and parts of the interior of the plane damaged. The plane continued on to Perth and landed at 8am.
