Unhappy with your video playback? Netflix wants to help you find out whether your ISP is shortchanging you on speed.

Fast.com, which is operated by Netflix, launched today.

Netflix's reputation is based on the number and quality of videos it can stream to internet-connected devices, so you can understand why they care about your download speed.

Your ISP may have its own speed test site, and if you don't trust that you may find a third party independent site. But if you want a recognizable name telling you how fast you really are downloading, they're more than happy to help.

It also allows you a quick link to speedtest.net if you want a second opinion--or third. As for me, the screenshot is mine, so yeah I'm pretty happy.
