An Inspector Gadget Mobile-Phone-In-A-Glove: Impractical, but Awesome

An artist/gadget designer has come up with a novel take on the boring old mobile phone, embedding cell tech into a somewhat cyberpunk-styled glove that requires you to hold it to your face in order to use it. In other words, it's almost entirely impractical and useless, but that's kind of the point.
You see, creator Bryan Cera enjoys a little experimentation and also, it seems, social philosophy. Having read up on American sociologist Sherry Turkle, and in particular her conception of modern mobile technology as being something of a 'phantom limb' for a modern generation, Cera went ahead and interpreted it literally.
The Glove One, as it is called, requires the use of your hand (a la Inspector Gadget) to communicate, with the dialpad on the underside of the glove, with each of the numbers about where each of the joints are on your fingers. Check out the video below to see it in action.
According to Cera's website, ad tutorial describing how you can waste your own hand and make a phone glove of your very own will be forthcoming in the near future on his website.
